Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that planning an event or party can be overwhelming and that you may have many questions about our photo booth rental services. To make the process smoother and alleviate any stress, we’ve put together a list of commonly asked questions.

Some of the most common questions we receive include:

How Long Does It Take To Setup, Spacing and Power Requirements:
We ask for about 30 / 40 minutes to setup the photo booth. Please clear an area that measures 12 feet by 12 feet. Additionally, we will need to be located within 40 feet of a power outlet for operation.


Can We Use The Photo Booth Outside?
Our photo booth is the ultimate party companion, rain or shine. Just make sure the ground is dry and solid and a power source within 40 feet. ( Outside, it needs to be a calm day and no lightning )


How Many Times Can We Do The Videos?
Unlimited, baby! We believe in capturing every single memory-worthy moment.


How Long Is Each Video and How Do We Get It?
The videos are about 30 seconds and are texted to you phone right after your session on the photo booth.


Is The 360 Photo Booth Easy To Use?
Absolutely! Just look into the camera, follow the prompts, and voila! You’ll be able to receive video right away.


Can We Share The Video On Social Media?
Yes! Share the love on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and X.


How Far Do You Travel And Is There A Travel Fee?
There is no travel fee for events within 25 miles of our office. For events farther away, a travel fee will apply. Contact us to find out the specific fee for your location.


Will You Have A 360 Photo Booth Attendant At My Event?
Yes! We provide an attendant at every event to set up and take down the photo booth, as well as assist the whole time of the event.


What Kind Of Props Will You Have At The Event?
We provide props and certain props are offered upon request. If you require special props, those will need to be ordered in advance.


What Is A “Custom” Print Design?
All of our 360 photo booth rentals can have a customized print design, unique to your event for an additional fee for printing it. It can include your logo, event information, or any other specific details you would like. Please allow at least a month to order these custom print designs.


What Do I Need To Do To Reserve A 360 Photo Booth?
Click on the 360 Photo Booth (CLICK HERE) to see what’s available. We do require a 25% non-refundable deposit to reserve your 360 photo booth at least 2 weeks in advance. The rest of the balance is due 7 days prior to the wedding, party and/or event.

If you need to change your reservation and/or date, contact us immediately so we can make the necessary changes. All changes must be 7 days prior to your reservation. If a reservation is canceled less than 7 days prior to the date of the reservation, it is non-fundable.


Are you insured?
Yes we are! So we definitely are covered. If you need, we can even add your venue as a additional insured option upon request.
